Sony launched X Series Bravia 4K television in India.

Sony Bravia 4KSony has launched its X Series Bravia 4K TV in India. The Japanese company has launched two models, the 55-inch KD-55X9004 and the 65-inch KD-65X9004 at price of Rs 3, 04,900 and Rs 4, 04,900 respectively.

The latest 4K TVs bring 4-times the resolution (3840 x 2160 pixels) of a full HD TV. This is the first time in India that 4K technology is being made available in 65-inch & 55-inch models by Sony.

Sony claims that the latest 4K X-Reality PRO picture engine reduces visual noise and corrects image shapes, whereas the TRILUMINOS Display LED backlighting is said to present rich, authentic colours with delicate tones. The backlighting also replicates bold colours comprising hard-to-reproduce reds and greens.

The latest X series 4K TVs is the cutting-edge magnetic fluid speaker technology. Utilising a Signal-to-Sound Architecture, the magnetic fluid speakers and the unique digital signal processing technology deliver smooth midrange, lower vibration and deep bass. The front-facing speakers expand the latest design concept to match the exterior aesthetic with an angular outer cabinet.

Both models are Wi-Fi enabled and offer a wide range of internet-connected services, comprising Sony’s smart connect solutions, allowing cross-device connectivity. In addition, one-touch mirroring and TV SideView offer additional content options by connecting media sources across the home to the TVs.

The newly-launched range of the 4K Ultra HD LED TVs will be available across all Sony Centers and major electronic stores across India.
