New Delhi: Taiwanese hardware giant Huawei has launched two latest tablets in its Mediapad family, the 7-inch MediaPad 7 Lite and MediaPad 10 FHD quad-core tablet. Both the tablets run on the latest Android 4.0 ICS version and are targeted at the youth.
The ultra-portable and smooth Huawei MediaPad 7 Lite comes in a metal unibody shell, is powered a Cortex A8 1.2GHz processor. Its super-clear 7-inch 1024 x 600 IPS multi-touch 1080p high-definition display is complemented by its 3G cellular voice function.
MediaPad 7 Lite comes with 3G and Wi-Fi cellular, SMS and MMS capabilities. It is compatible with almost all multimedia formats and also features a 3.2 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel front-facing camera. The MediaPad 7 Lite is instantly available for sale in India at Rs 13,700 via modern trade stores and multi-brand outlets across India.
The Huawei MediaPad 10 FHD quad-core tablet has a 10.1-inch 1920 x 1200 high definition IPS display screen and 16:10 golden ratio providing optimal screen viewing for gaming and high definition video. The MediaPad 10 FHD features an 8-megapixel autofocus rear-facing camera that records 1080P HD videos and a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera.
It is powered by a K3v2 Cortex-A9 1.4GHz quad-core processor and a 16-core GPU, the MediaPad 10 FHD LTE version mobile wireless data connection at up to 150Mbps LTE, in addition to Wi-Fi and 3G versions. MediaPad 10 FHD has a 6600mAh battery which lasts up to 10 hours on continuous usage.
