Bajaj Auto launched new version of Kawasaki Ninja 650.
Pune: Bajaj Auto launched a new version of its 650-cc sports bike, Kawasaki Ninja, priced at Rs 4,99,834 (ex-showroom) in Delhi.
The new version follows the launch of the Ninja 650R introduced in June 2011. The auto firm claims to be the leader in the sports bike division with a market share of 65 percent in the Rs 2 to 5 lakh two-wheeler category.
Bajaj Auto Pro-biking Vice President Amit Nandi told that “We will start bookings from next week and in the next three to four weeks the delivery will begin.”
New Ninja 650 has a 649cc engine that put out 71.07 bhp of power. It comes with an amendable windshield, revised suspension and a split seat.
The other change comprises latest dual headlamps and doesn’t come with ABS. The motorcycle will be available for sale in 60 cities.
