Robert Bowling’s new firm developed zombie apocalypse game.

Human elementEx-Call of Duty man, Robert Bowling has announced the first game developed by his latest firm, called Robotoki, is called Human Element and will be released in 2015. It is a zombie apocalypse game.

He said that “Their greatest strength is the fear that [zombies] instill in us, the survivors, that unreasonable fear. Unreasonable fear that leads us to do unreasonable things to survive.”

The game is built on a class-based system. Players will select one of the three classes- Action, Intelligence and Stealth- for their character, even as also selecting an identity- Survive Alone, Survive with a Partner, or Survive with a Young Child.

“That takes a lot of risk and a true creative clean slate, which Robotoki has allowed me to accomplish,” Bowling said when asked about creating his own company.

Human Element will appear in 2015 on next-gen systems, the PC, mobile and tablets.
