Wishtel launched two low-cost tablets.

Wishtel tabletWishtel launched two tablets costing between Rs 4,000 and Rs 5,500 on Friday, becoming the third company to launch low-cost tablets within the week.

Ira is the 7-inch Andoid tablet supports more than Indian languages further HD video, wi-fi and 3G. The tablets have an in-built memory start from 2 GB that can be expandable to 32 GB.

Wishtel will sell throughout 350 distribution and support centers, targeting end users like students, homemakers and corporate executives.

The company that makes the tablets in Maharashtra and Gujarat said that it would participate in the second bidding round for Aakash.
