New Delhi: Swiss luxury watchmaker Tag Heuer has entered into tech market with a luxury handset Tag Heuer Racer. The new Tag Heuer Racer smartphone is inspired from technology used in the making of super cars.
The new phone is crafted with carbon fiber that makes it ultra-lightweight and shock-resistant. The device is powered by Android Gingerbread and features an exclusive 3D interface.
This newest entrant in the luxe phones category is all set to give competition to high-end phones like Vertu Signature Collection and Prada phone by LG.
The company said that “Swiss engineered for ultimate lightness and strength using only high-tech materials. The shockproof rubber chassis is supported and strengthened by the screwed-in titanium and carbon fiber bridges.”
Tag Heuer’s Racer is priced at $3,700 and will hit the markets in July this year.
