Anna Hazare discharged from Pune hospital.

Hazare dischargedPune: Social activist Anna Hazare has been discharged from Sancheti Hospital after undertake treatment for acute bronchitis for over a week.

Hazare told to reporters that “I am all right now, but still feeling weak. I have to take a break as the doctors have advised rest for some days.”

Dr KH Sancheti, who was taking care of Hazare, said that there has been improvement in Hazare’s health.

Dr Sancheti said that “There has been considerable progress in his health since the last two days.” However, he added that Hazare has been advised full rest for a month.

Reacting to queries on his planned campaign in the five poll-bound states, Hazare said that he would be unable to travel, for the time being, as per the doctors’ advice.

He said that “It is a long drawn-out battle (against corruption), which I am fighting for the last 25 years. I have to take some rest as per the doctors’ advice. After I am fully recovered, I will go out.”
