The ULFA hardliners hit out against Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi and warned him to stop working against Assam and its people. The ULFA powerfully opposed reported move to hand over Assam’s land to Bangladesh and said that the group would never accept such a move.
ULFA said that “The Government of India has not yet put any pressure on Bangladesh to take back the illegal Bangladeshi nationals staying illegally in Assam and that is why the ULFA has been saying that the burning problems of Assam would never be solved under the colonial rule of India. India signs agreements and then the people would have to give blood again for the implementation of the accords and agreements.”
The ULFA also called ahead the people of Assam to powerfully resist any move of the Government of India which would go against the interest of Assam.
