“Lord of the Rings: War in the North” has finally set to release on November 1, 2011 on Playstation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. The action RPG game will take players to the fantasy world of Middle-Earth. This game developed from the popular Lord of the Rings books and movies.
The game integrates an exclusive 3-player co-op element that forces players to work together in a fellowship and that also comprises 3 different character classes, a human ranger, an elven Loremaster, and a dwarf Warrior. All of the classes have their own distinctive skill although can be customized by the player.
It gives players the inimitable opportunity to explore formerly untold stories in the empire of Middle-earth during the journey of the ring. Innovative cooperative game play pits you and your friends against the dark forces of Middle-earth.
The game will mingle characters and plotlines from both the films and the books; players will run into Gandalf, Frodo, and more but the player’s mission is to head north to face the menace known as Agandur.
The visuals are suitably gleaming and detailed with a munificent helping of special effects. The cooperative gameplay looks solid, although significant customization options for the 3 different classes to keep things interesting.
