Korean lawyer won lawsuit against Apple for 1 million.

Apple lawsuitA Korean has wins a grievance against Apple for 1 million in damages over an undisclosed program in the iPhone that tracks and stores user’ locations, according to the reports.

On Wednesday, a district court in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province said that Apple Korea to pay Kim Hyung-seok, a lawyer who filed a suit against the company in late April this year and he is  saying that the tracking function of his iPhone infringed his constitutionally confined privacy.

In late June, Apple Korea paid Kim 998, 000, deducting the 2, 000 bank commissions for the money transfer.

The court found tricky was not the fact that Apple had a tracking program although the fact that the information was not encrypted well sufficient to avert leakage and possible abuse by another person.

According to an official statement made by the headquarters in April, Apple denies the allegations.
